Elite SMP Technician & Trainer

With a keen interest in helping people improve their self-confidence, Marcia works to help those who, for personal or medical reasons, wish to enhance their physical appearance.

Marcia has been specialising in cosmetic semi-permanent make up, medical tattooing and scar rejuvenation techniques since 2007. As well as being a fully qualified trainer, she is in high demand by the medical profession for her high-quality work. Marcia also works closely with private clients who are enjoying life-changing confidence from their treatments.

She has undertaken extensive cosmetic and beauty training courses in the UK, Europe and the United States to learn more about non-surgical cosmetic techniques.  This also qualifies Marcia to deliver premium cosmetic and medical tattooing procedures.

Seeing the advancements in colour and technique Scalp Micropigmentation Marcia retrained in 2015 with Finishing Touches & Matthew Lulo aka ‘The Scalp King’ from Scalp Micro USA.

Jessica Marsh

Specialist & SMP Technician 

Jessica joined the clinic to assist in the growing demand of Scalp Micropigmentation treatments for both our male and female clients.

Being from a family specialising in hair and aesthetics, SMP seemed an obvious career choice for Jessica. Her initial training was with Marcia and has attended Masterclasses with Scalp Micro UK and Finishing Touches to perfect her skills.

She has years of customer service experience so able to assist with all client enquiries and her bubbly and friendly personality making everyone feel comfortable during their procedures.

Her eye for design and detail enables her to create the most natural hairlines. She takes great pride in the satisfaction of having the ability to change people’s lives.

With over 20 years in first class customer services Clare brings a wealth of exceptional clinic management experience with her.

Clare’s excellent organisational skills ensure the clinic is managed efficiently to the highest standards at all times. Having Clare manage all appointments, enquiries, stock and all other associated clinic management duties allows for Marcia and Jessica to really focus on their world class treatments.

Clare is highly customer focused and makes sure all clients are fully supported in all interactions with the clinic. Her calm and thoughtful approach puts our clients at ease, she is incredibly knowledgeable and can answer any questions on our suite of treatments.

Clare has a background in Clinic support both in aesthetics and managing satellite clinic’s which adds tremendous experience to our team.
